>>Bellamy’s is a brasserie in the Franco-Belgian tradition and we’ve been going for some 15 years now. But it becomes more and more important to have accurate information. An item we stock quite a bit of is caviar. 
And as you can imagine that has a very high value and fluctuations of temperature would be of great interest to us. >> We’re a formal members club and we’re based here in Pall Mall. We have a lot of product stock holding in the club. Um you know, in Pall Mall alone we feed 14 to 1500 members a day. 
Uh and obviously there’s a big value in that product. Us having control of that from a safety point of view and also for the fact of a monetary point of view it’s just a no-brainer not to have the system. I mean silly not to have the system. >> Genesis web has made life much simpler for us. We have instantaneous access to fridge temperatures which [music] is very helpful when we’re inspected. Fridge temperatures are logged every few minutes [music] and we have graphs and accurate records for alarms or whatever going back since the system [music] started. 
>> The big attraction for me was it works, they’re willing to work with us. 
They’re also willing to look at other solutions within our business. 
Uh and also it’s a British company which I think is fantastic that it’s made in the UK. 
If we have an issue we can just go straight to that if anything flags up. But then if we have a problem overnight we know that you know, the breakfast guy or the night shift can pick this up. >> We’re visited by health and safety from the council we can immediately show them our records. ADM services is very good on the rare occasions that we have a problem or an alarm we can’t solve their engineers are here pretty much immediately. >> They never come really the engineers don’t come and go oh I need to go and get something.” It’s always on site or they have it here or they bring it with them. >> I would recommend the Genesis web system to anybody. >> It just is Yeah, it just works fantastically for us.
